General information regarding your treatment at the Biomedical Competence Center

Dear patient,

we are very pleased that you have decided to get treated at our center and that you place the most precious good, your health in our hands.

We stand for high quality standards in treatments and we are excellently trained in the field of biological and school medicine. It’s an honor for us to accompany you on your healing path and we are dedicated to help you find the cause of your illness.

Please note the following information:

    1. Treatment
      Your treatment at the Biomedical Competence Center is integrated. Wholistic medicine combines the findings of school medicine with biological treatment methods. We use specific methods of laboratory diagnostics and measurement techniques. Furthermore, we keep in mind your genetic background, rehabilitate the intestines and the cell milieu, prescribe enhancing therapies, detoxify your body, activate the immune system, detect irritated areas in the body and work also on a psychological level to reactivate your balance and your wellbeing. For this, we use naturopathic remedies, which strengthen the body’s self-healing process.
    2. Opening hours / location map
      Our opening hours are from Monday to Friday, 08.00 – 12pm and from 1pm – 5pm.

  1. Treatment stay
    For a stationary stay in our center, we recommend the following accommodations:

      The commuting time from Schloss Wartegg to our practice is about 7 minutes by driving.
    3. Hotel Säntispark in Abtwil

      The commuting time from Hotel Säntispark to our practice is about 30 minutes by driving.

    The accommodation costs for your stay shall be paid directly to the hotel.

  2. Travel arrangements
    We kindly ask you to take care of your travel arrangements on your own.
    1. Parking
      There are several parking lots (max. parking time is 90 minutes) in front of the UBS bank, which is in the same building as our practice. For longer parking durations, we recommend the car park of Hotel Mozart (please see map, point nr. 2). In the surrounding area, you will also find parking facilities by the Lake Restaurant, in the underground parking lot Stadthof and at Kabisplatz, which is located directly by the Rorschach Hafen train station.
    2. Public transport
      The practice is a 2-minute walk from the Rorschach Hafen train station and a 10-minute walk from the train station Rorschach Stadt.
  3. Valuables
    We do not recommend you bring any valuables into the practice as we don’t assume liability for thefts.
  4. Electronic devices
    Due to electrosmog exposure, we kindly ask you to forgo using any electronic devices throughout the entire practice.
  5. Protection of privacy
    The staff of the Biomedical Competence Center is legally subject to medical confidentiality, this also applies after the termination of the employment of our employees or after completion of your treatment.
  6. Payment
    The costs of the doctor’s consultation is generally financed by the patient’s Swiss health insurance. However, many of our special services and pharmaceutical products might not be covered by basic insurance and in some cases the costs are also not partially covered by the supplementary insurance. Upon request, we will be happy to provide you with a cost estimate, which you can submit to your basic / supplementary insurance. We strive to provide you with the best financial advice possible.

I agree to my treatment at the Biomedical Competence Center and I agree that individually attuned to my person, medicinal products approved in Switzerland may also be administered to me outside the indications permitted, provided that this is medically necessary.

The court of jurisdiction is Rorschach, Switzerland. Swiss law applies.
